This pair of plaster wall reliefs embodies a refined Neoclassical aesthetic,
radiating elegance and artistic delicacy. Inspired by mythological themes,
the works depict two musicians: one playing a lute-like instrument,
and the other performing on a pan flute, evoking the imagery of a satyr or the god Pan.
Designed as a complementary pair, the two pieces create a harmonious visual dialogue.
Each figure is surrounded by layers of flowing leaves and vines,
rendered with soft, crafted around 1930s-1950s.
Lines that reflect the influence of 17th–18th century European art.
The plaster medium gives the reliefs a gentle, matte white texture,
while the interplay of light and shadow enhances their sculptural depth.
These works bring a serene classical atmosphere to any interior,
whether displayed in an entryway, hallway, or as a focal point on a living-room wall
—introducing a touch of timeless elegance to the space.
